Opportunity Type: CPN Benchmark Follow

Use: I'll enforce as many Contract Manufacturers in all regions to use my lowest MPN price found across multiple CPNs using related MPNs. 

Logic: Determines the lowest price for all MPNs across all contract manufacturers that have a transitive relation among CPNs and their MPNs (a relates to b and b relates to c, then a relates to c) in customers spend data. 

GCM Leverage Reason: I'll take on the challenge to enforce as many of my Contract Manufacturers in all regions to use my lowest MPN price found across multiple CPNs using related MPNs.
