If you need to learn how to request help, see - How do I request assistance from the help desk? - once you already have open request(s) then there are two ways to track your requests:
- All Submitted requests can be managed and tracked via your email. For all exchanges and updates on the request, you will receive an email communication with all details.
- If you have accessed and signed-in to LevaData University, then you can click on the menu next to your name in the top right of the page. Selecting the arrow will expose the dropdown list of values including "My Activities" where you can track your requests in a report summary view.
The "My Activities" view in LevaData University is a list of all of your help requests made from any request method. You can open any of the items in the activity list by clicking on the subject line text/link in order to review the request details and make any needed follow-up communications with our support team on the request.
