This video covers the basics of user administration and vendor administration on the LevaData Platform. Including a focus on how to add/remove users and specific notes about the fields in the add user process:
- Any customer users should be designated as external, LevaData employees who may help with your tenancy are internal.
- How to initiate newly created user accounts (i.e. mail them an invite or pre-set them a password).
- Deleting and deactivating users who have left the organization.
- Unblocking to assist a user who is locked out due to login failures.
Your organization should always have at least two tenant administrators at all times in case one leaves the organization so there is a backup. Your users can be restricted by design to specific areas of the platform of your choosing, and we show you how to setup user groups to restrict modules to specific users.
This video also demonstrates how to use vendor management and how to do user management for your vendors if you need to add or resend activation to a user who needs to get on the platform to be able to respond to your requests.
