Proactive Risk Assessment: Risk Data Coverage Follow

Proactive Risk Assessment is an Insights-to-Action component in the LevaData platform which enables a Business Continuity Manager to protect margins and revenue by facilitating both proactive and reactive risk monitoring, risk impact assessment, and risk mitigation and response. We refer to proactive monitoring as it pertains to the evaluation of structural risks in the supply chain, while reactive monitoring and evaluation facilitates assessment and response in the event of a crisis.

Risk Data Coverage

Risk Data Coverage is a dashboard that contains three sub-tabs offering summary views of Portfolio, Product View and Portfolio details. This tool helps users evaluate the health of the data that they are making purchasing decisions with.

Risk Data Coverage includes counts and spend for:

• Supplier Financial Health
• Preferred Status
• Delivery/Quality Scores
• Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) Lead Time and End-of-Life
• Customer Part Number (CPN) Strategic Inventory and Time-to-Requalify Data

Data Presentation

Tables and charts that indicate the number and spend for parts with Community Country of Origin (COO) or with customer-supplied COO are provided:

Navigation Tip: Click on any item in any section of the tab or click on any dot on the charts to filter the page. Re-select the option to remove the filters.

Each section of the sub-tab will have options to expand, contract, and export in the upper right area:

Portfolio Tab

Explains the data health with respect to the Manufacturer, Customer Part Number (CPN) and Manufacturer Part Number (MPN). Spend and counts reflect current quarter.

Product View Tab

Depicts the data health across numerous parameters with respect to products in the portfolio.

Portfolio Details Tab

Contains complete details of the portfolio and allows filtering to enable the user to drill into what areas of their portfolio have complete and incomplete data. If core areas of your business indicate missing data and other negative factors of data health, you will know immediately to seek more information in those areas to make informed decisions.

The user can click into Controls in the sub-menu and filter down to any of the listed options (like drilling into a specific Commodity to see data health for that commodity):

Once selecting Commodity: Passives, for example, the tables update to only indicate the Source Commodity Passives:

There are numerous data health information sections available in Portfolio Details, one for each combination of Source and Data Health Metric.
