Proactive Risk Assessment: Supplier Network Follow
Proactive Risk Assessment collects and manages vendor site data for use in Part-Site and sub-tier mapping. Data may be collected from various public sources, the vendors themselves, or via user input and revision. Users with tenant administration permissions can view this data or add their own information.
This information is located in the Supplier Network sub-tab. Within this area, users can (1) view their known supplier site links, (2) view community site links, (3) edit their known supplier site links, and (4) filter any of these interfaces to drill into specific information.
Supplier Network Features
My Vendor Sites
Displays Vendor Site information owned by the customer. This can be used to add Contract Manufacturer / Original Design Manufacturer (CM/ODM) sites, call centers, etc. This can also be used to add any site the customer would like to track in the event of site disruption events.
Supplies to: The ability to specify a "Supplies to" vendor is available in the data model and UI to form the basis for a supplier network map. Users who obtain a list of supplier sites from their contract manufacturers (CM/ODM), can load those sites and associate those sites to the CM/ODM (multi-select). These links will be used to calculate potential impact of events.
Note: If you have not yet input any vendor site information, My Vendor Sites will be blank until you load or input data.
Community Vendor Sites
LevaData-managed vendor sites are visible to you. These sites are used to assess the potential impact of an event on parts for which there is no part-site or customer-provided site (My Sites) data available. Additionally, they are available for viewing if customers have additional information about potential sub-tier or raw material suppliers.
This community vendor site information includes but is not limited to:

Once the upload is complete, (1) the Upload Status will read "SUCCESS" and (2) the Accepted record count will appear green in the right column under Data Diagnostics.
If any records are rejected, they can be viewed in the Rejected column by double clicking on the red "Rejected" column, corrected, then re-uploaded. This may happen, for example, if a city name is misspelled and not found in the LevaData master geographical database, or if a mandatory field is left blank.

Alternatively, the correction updates be done interactively in the LevaData platform, where the dropdown provides valid input for country, state, city, etc. If a city that you require is not in the list, a support ticket must be opened to add it our database before a site located there can be added.
