Release Highlights
1. Enhancements to the Platform
A. Integrated Dashboard
With this release we are introducing a concept demo version of our new integrated dashboard framework. In the future, we will build out rich self service and configurable capabilities building on this framework.
LevaData has many features and sections that optimize a customers workflow and provide awareness to risks and opportunities to mitigate or attain. The integrated dashboard summarizes key metrics from those LevaData platform sections to enable total awareness at a glance. Consistent UI/UX and formatting enables a customer to instantly be familiar with a metric card. Focus is given to metrics by showing top results or color coding that brings awareness to suboptimal metrics. Enticing visuals attract the user's focus to quickly see areas of opportunity or concern. Each metric card links to a platform page that enables more detailed analysis and explanation of the metrics summarized in the metric card. Hovering over objects in the metric card present tooltips that provide definition.
Future enhancements will enable:
● Configuration and creation and placement of the metric cards
● Customization of metrics in a metric card
● Tooltips with expanded text and video explanation of metrics and full metric card
● Options to assign actions directly from metrics.
Note: initial release intended for demonstration only and not for enabling tenants.

2. Enhancements to Supply Risk Navigator
A. Risk RFI
You can now use RFIs to collect information about your parts and vendors. This
capability is available for Supply Risk Navigator customers. Please contact your
customer success representative if you would like to get this enabled.
Supply Risk Navigator enables creation of RFIs via the Risk RFI menu item (1). Parts
to be included in the RFI are defined through the creation of filters (2), selection of
filters (3), selection of specific parts (4), and finally invocation of the Create RFI button
(5). The user is then sent to Smart RFX, where the user can select from available
templates (e.g., Supplier Capacity, Part-Site mapping) depending on the user/company
configuration, in order to send the RFIs to vendors.
The user can also look for Alternate Parts by selecting the Alternate Parts Button (6) in the figure above. Parts for which alternates are available in the LevaData community are shown highlighted in lavender.
Selection of “Alternate Parts” brings up a new screen where the user is presented with
both the selected “base parts” in the top panel and available “alternate parts” in the
lower panel, which offers the same create filter, select filter, select parts, create RFI(1)
functionality described above. Additionally, the Alternates RFI offers a set of scenario
filters to further limit the alternates to be considered (e.g., show only FFF alternate
parts on the customer AVL).

B. Part-Site Mapping via RFI
You can also use Supply Risk Navigator’s RFI capabilities to collect of Part-to-Site
mappings from your suppliers. The user creates the RFI, using the Part-Site mapping
template to request suppliers to provide manufacturing site(s) for the selected parts.
SmartRFX then distributes the RFI to the manufacturers for completion according to
Standard SmartRFX functionality.
With this release we have added the ability for Vendors to add and maintain their sites
in the vendor portal. Vendors can map parts to the sites that they maintain in the
vendor portal.
C. Events Beta
Supply Risk Navigator Events Tracking is a Beta feature while the Machine Learning
Models to scan global media and create events are being continuously improved.
Please contact your Customer Success Director if you would like to discuss
participation in the feedback collection process to help LevaData train our models.
In addition to the Auto-generated events, users can add their own events, add event
details and tag events to news. In this release, several new capabilities are now
available.
Create (customer-owned) events based on News
Upon reading News that the user would like to track as an event, the user can create an event directly from the News screen. Upon selection of the edit button for a News Article, the user is presented with a pre-populated Event details screen. The screen is pre-populated with default details based on News MetaData extracted for the document via the LevaData Machine Learning Algorithms. These include Event title
and a brief description, Event Type (e.g., Environmental, Manufacturing Shutdown
etc., and an indicator and potentially impacted suppliers, geographic locations or
supplier sites. The user can edit these or add additional news by expanding the
relevant panel.
