Part-to-Site Mapping Training (Video) Follow

LevaData Supplier Portal alerts supplier users via email when a Request for Information (RFI) is received from a customer and guides suppliers to the portal to respond. This video will showcase that experience, including navigating through your RFX List on the Smart RFX Dashboard that will have that RFI plus any other RFI/RFQs you have on your account, and how to navigate between the sub-tabs of the RFX Details.

Once in the RFX Details, users can map sites to individual part numbers to enhance the ability to quickly respond to requests with pre-identified site information. This video explains how to draft/save part-to-site mappings when you need multiple sessions to update them as well as how to draft/save RFI responses and check submission history.
