Can I update a quote after sharing with the Customer? Follow
In your standard usage of the Supplier Portal, you will often be responding to Requests for Quote (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) from customers. Often times you may find you have a minor change, a late update, or something new has come to light which needs to be amended to a previously sent quote.
You are permitted to submit an updated version for an RFQ/RFI after submitting a different preceding version, the most recent submission will be considered the latest version. That said, if a record you already submitted was already Accepted or Awarded by the buyer, then you will not be able to update the quote for that specific record.
