Why am I not able to refresh an RFQ after Excel upload? Follow
In the Supplier Portal, once you have performed the Excel upload/import function:
There may be a time where you will encounter an enclosed pop-up after Confirming your changes:
In this case, if nothing changes after selecting [Refresh] or [Cancel] and you have already tried standard workarounds like logging out and logging back in or clearing cache/cookies, the conclusion is that there must be an error with the Excel Workbook that was imported.
The most frequent error is that special characters (i.e. %, &, etc.) have been added to the Excel Workbook. Please validate that you are not entering any special characters and try again.
