How to upload pricing info after a "Response Name Already Exists" error? Follow
In the Supplier Portal, one of the final steps in any negotiation process with the customer is agreeing to the pricing. Sometimes while uploading pricing information to LevaData an error message will prompt with the information that the "Response Name Already Exists" and prevent you from uploading the latest pricing.
Each time you submit a quote in the Supplier Portal, you will be asked to input a name and description for that quote. These quotes cannot have identical names in the system records. You will need to slightly modify/change the name and description when you send your new quote. Adding a date or a version taxonomy to your quote name as a best practice in the future can prevent this issue from arising.
