Why has my Excel upload failed? Follow
When attempting to upload an Excel Workbook to the Supplier Portal and the user encounters a job time-out error after ten minutes with a pop-up saying "Upload Failed" there are several possible issues:
- If the attempted upload is following a rejection by the buyer, download a new Excel Workbook from the Request for Quote (RFQ). The cells in the status column should not be blank, each line item must be "Rejected".
- If quoting an RFQ for the very first time, the cells in the status column should only be "New" or "No Bid" - none of them should be blank or "Sent".
- In either case, input your updated pricing on this freshly downloaded Excel Workbook, save the file, and then upload.
- If that does not work, then clear your browser's cache and cookies and re-attempt the upload
