How can I identify high risk manufacturers? Follow
LevaData Platform's Risk feature can identify the risks of manufacturers within a subset of categories and attributes such as financial rating, delivery rating, quality rating, preferred manufacturer status, single source spend, count of single source Customer Part Numbers (CPNs), and filtered spend.
This helps you to understand why a manufacturer is high risk and which specific attributes may be identifying them as high risk, which helps organizations to determine if they need to take risk mitigation actions based on spend or revenue impact.

Identifying High Risk Manufacturers
Navigate to (1) Risk and when you land in the Portfolio Risk tab, then (2) click over to Manufacturer Risk.
While in the Manufacturer Risk sub-tab, (1) click into Controls, then (2) pick a Commodity from the dropdown list of values - for this example we'll use Semiconductors. (3) Use the upward arrows to close the controls filters.
Use the (1) navigation bar to scroll down to the table (2) Manufacturer Risk Factors where this analysis will be conducted, and you can use (3) the expansion or export controls to maximize the display of the information.
You can see the various rating scores on the table above, but you can also sort quantifiable data, for example if you want to see the manufacturer which you have the most single source spend with, you can (1) click into that column and then (2) sort by descending, and then the table will re-rank the Manufacturers by this metric. As mentioned in the previous graphic, you can also export this data to an Excel Workbook if you prefer to manipulate and analyze it there.
