LevaData Platform's Risk feature can show you the spend on non-preferred suppliers for your commodities. This helps you to ensure that you are making the preferred buying choice when getting the parts you need.

Identify Spend on Non-Preferred Suppliers

Navigate to (1) Risk and land in the Portfolio Risk tab, then select (2) Controls to filter for the Global Commodity Manager (GCM) name. Either select your own name or another GCM on your team if you wish to evaluate their spend areas.

Next filter by unselecting preferred suppliers (3) leaving all other suppliers.

Finally, navigate to the Manufacturer Risk Tab (4). Under this tab you will find a table called Top Risk Manufacturers and Product Impact (5). This table is now filtered by only non-preferred suppliers. The automatic filter is by the highest risk manufacturer; however, you can also filter the table by highest spend by clicking on Total Spend (6).
