How to see all product risks by manufacturer or supplier? Follow
LevaData Platform's Risk feature can show you the association between your product(s) and your manufacturer(s)/supplier(s). Using the controls to dynamically filter your risks to your product family to these sources allows you to identify which products involve them. From there, you can identify which of those manufacturers or suppliers you may need to take mitigating actions against to prevent production risks.
Identify Product Risks by Manufacturer or Supplier
Product Risks by Manufacturer
Navigate to (1) Supply Risk and land in the Portfolio Risk tab, then select Controls to filter for the (2) Global Commodity Manager name and the (3) Manufacturer you are interested in via the LD Manufacturer dropdown.
In the dashboard you will find a table called (4) Top Risks: Product Family. This will outline all products that use that manufacturer and the risk associated, and can further be sorted by any of the quantifiable fields like CPN count, spend amounts, etc.
Product Risks by Supplier
In the same Portfolio Risk tab, re-open the Controls and pick one or multiple (1) LD Suppliers to configure for these risks:
After you have picked LD Supplier(s) and minimized the control filter by (1) clicking the arrow in the upper right, (2) use the navigation bar to scroll down to relevant tables of information like (3) Top Risks by Product Family and (4) Top Risks: CPN.
Furthermore, you can sort the spend amounts by clicking into the header row of a column with quantitative information and sorting it. This example is Top Risks: Product which has been (1) Sorted by Filtered Spend.
