π How to Perform a Hard Refresh in Your Browser Follow
If a LevaData page isnβt updating correctly or seems out of sync, your browser may be loading a cached version. A hard refresh forces the browser to bypass local storage and retrieve the most current version from our servers.
Follow the steps below based on your browser and operating system.
π§ Google Chrome
Windows
- Press Ctrl + F5
- Or press Shift + F5
- Or hold Ctrl and click the Reload π button
macOS
- Press Command (β) + Shift + R
- Or hold Shift and click the Reload π button
π Safari (macOS Only)
Safari does not offer a direct hard refresh, but you can force a full reload using the Develop menu.
Enable Develop Menu:
- Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced
- Check Show Develop menu in menu bar
Then:
- Press Option + Command (β) + R
- Or go to Develop > Empty Caches, then refresh with Command + R
π Microsoft Edge
Windows
- Press Ctrl + F5
- Or press Shift + F5
- Or hold Ctrl and click the Reload π button
macOS
- Press Command (β) + Shift + R
- Or hold Shift and click the Reload π button
π‘ Tip from LevaData Support
If a hard refresh doesnβt resolve the issue, consider clearing your full browser cache or restarting your session. For step-by-step instructions, see:
