How to view detailed vendor financial reports with Rapid Ratings? Follow

With Vendor Score Card you can immediately dive deep into financial insights when reviewing vendors and your planned spend, opportunities, risks, and location-based commitments. Users often want to know the in-depth reasoning for a vendor rating. Understanding the factors that contribute to a strong or weak rating improves your negotiation leverage when engaging with that vendor on price negotiations.

Deeper Vendor Financial Insights with Integrated Rapid Ratings

(1) Click the arrows to toggle over to advanced vendor score card metrics which include (2) details about Core Health Performance Score and Resiliency Indicators.

If you have an active Rapid Ratings subscription with the API Services/Addon synced into the LevaData Platform, then you will be able to access these reports.

Clicking (3) FHR Report will expand an in-line pop out reader for the full financial health report on that vendor company:

If you do not have an active Rapid Ratings subscription synced into the LevaData Platform, then you will need to provide it to LevaData before being able to access the integrated reports.

How to Integrate Your Rapid Ratings Subscription API with LevaData Platform

LevaData Support and Customer Success will be able to modify your administrative configuration to provide key details of your Rapid Ratings subscription to enable this new integration with Vendor Score Card. This feature Requires Rapid Ratings API Services/Addon.

If you have this API Services/Addon, you can login to Rapid Ratings and generate a key by going to (1) Program Management and (2) selecting Generate API Key underneath API Credentials.

Once in there you can enter a unique name (reference_id) for your key. Rapid Ratings will then generate an api_key and secret_key for you to use.

Providing your reference_id, api_key, and secret_key will enable these new integrated features in the LevaData Platform for your organization. Once you have this information available, please reach out directly to LevaData Support and we can add these values to your integrated Third-Party Subscriptions in LevaData Platform in order to enable the advanced financial health report viewer in Vendor Score Card.
