Login credentials to the LevaData Platform are provided via email by LevaData support.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Tenant Administrator to request access.
If you are the Tenant Administrator for your organization, please see: User Configuration (Administrator).
This is the email address which is associated with your account. Ensure this email is accurate as notifications are sent to this email as well as using it for your login.
On your first login, you will be asked to change your password from the temporary one.
Your password must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Contains at least one number (0-9)
- Contains at least one special character (_@#$%^&*)
- Contains at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Contains at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- No spaces
Selecting the Forgot Password? link from the login screen will take you to the reset password screen. Here you must enter the email which is associated with the account to generate a temporary password which is sent to the same email entered.
You are only allowed four login attempts before your account will be LOCKED and must then be unlocked by one of your organization's Tenant Administrators or by LevaData Support via help request.
Our Password Policy
The LevaData Platform mandates that a user change their password every ninety days. A reminder message is prompted five days before the date of password expiration. If the user reaches password expiry date, they will have to update their password on the spot to login.
User Account Information and Change Password
All account-related options are available under one menu, simply hover over the letter icon in the top right (which should be the same as the first letter of your first name) and there you should see your account information, as well a dropdown option to Change Password or Logout of the platform.
