Single Sign-On (SSO) Process Follow
Using Single Sign-On (SSO) is an option for all LevaData customers who wish to add an extra level of security via identity and access management to verify users who wish to gain access to the LevaData Cognitive Sourcing Platform.
Single Sign-On General Process Description
Each customer will have unique attributes to their SSO process, so this description will be as general as possible.
During the initial LevaData customer user onboarding process, or when Tenant Administrators at the customer account add new users, LevaData sends an activation email to that user from do_not_reply@levadata.com.
Once the user click's login, they are brought here:
The user clicks on the "here" link and then will be shown this screen:
What Happens Next?
- The user enters their email id registered with LevaData and click [NEXT].
- The user will be re-directed to their organization's identify provider for authentication, unless they are already signed into that exact same authentication system.
- Important Note: When using SSO to access the LevaData platform, the email address that you use for the LevaData login and your Company SSO login must be the exact same email address.
Upon successful authentication the user will be brought back to a page where LevaData identity broker asks basic information of the user, including:
- Username & Email (the exact same email address that matches the email used for the SSO login should be input into both fields)
- First & Last Name
On successful submission of that information, the user will be logged into the LevaData Platform.
