Spend Intelligence: Introduction Follow
Spend Intelligence is an interactive workspace that displays analytic information to users and creates awareness of spend and savings drivers. All graph elements of the interface can be drilled into to give you control over and access to the information that you want. This tool will help you to spend more time discovering savings so you can drive results.
Spend Intelligence Features
Spend Awareness
This is the default landing page of Spend Intelligence which allows users to slice spend data into different perspectives of their choosing. Spend Awareness is for comparison (not aggregation) and is meant to compare two time periods across a variety of dimensions.

Savings Awareness
Savings Awareness presents a dashboard view of where change in spend was caused by prices staying flat, increasing, or decreasing. It is an aggregation of Spend and Savings across multiple useful metrics. Users can pick from the [View by] dropdown list of values across various tables to further investigate CPNs and MPNs for spend optimization.

Cost and Forecast Detail
With Cost Detail, users can review and filter Spend data tables at the part level to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
With Forecast Detail, users can review and filter Demand data tables at the part level to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Product Scope
If your organization has loaded data on products and product families with LevaData, then you will have access to Product Scope on the LevaData Platform. You will be able to use a similar set of features as depicted above with additional sections for Bill of Materials Costs and Transformation Costs.

Scope and Filtering
Spend Intelligence has a large number of view dropdowns within the interface as well as an overarching scope and filter system on the top of the page that allows the user to set specific time periods and search criteria to view spend and savings information for only those values.
