Review Opportunities: Overview Follow
Review Opportunities allows users to review LevaData Recommended Opportunities and accept or reject them based on what they find helpful. The platform learns from the user's actions over time and improves the accuracy of recommendations.
With this tool, users can discover the most compelling savings opportunities, accept or reject them, automate these reviews with business rules and then persist past review statuses in order to focus on new opportunities in each review session.
Users can view a summary of previously reviewed opportunities as well as have the option to navigate and filter the respective records while reviewing the opportunity insights.
Review Opportunities
Review Opportunities can be accessed by:
- Clicking on Opportunities > Review Opportunities from the left-hand pop-out navigation menu.
- Expanding the Scoreboard by clicking on the arrow displayed on the left.
- By default, opportunities that you have Not Reviewed are visible.
Opportunity Scoreboard
Once you open the Scoreboard, numerous additional filtering capabilities exist (Commodity, Sub Commodity, etc.), and you can filter on any of the Selection dropdown list of values.
For more information on this functionality, see: Review Opportunities: Opportunity Scoreboard.
Interacting with Opportunities
The table of opportunities are sorted by Opportunity ($) amount and by default present everything that hasn't been reviewed by your organization.
For more information on all of the functions of this table and how to interact with the opportunities within it, please see: Review Opportunities: Interacting with Opportunities.
Auto Action Rules
These can be configured in order to make it easier for the platform to present you with the type of opportunities you want to see and nothing else. Many criteria are available to include/exclude certain opportunities on an automated basis.
To learn more, please see: Review Opportunities: Auto Action Rules.
Opportunity Reconciliation
When you have already reviewed an opportunity, you don't want to see it again, not unless it has improved significantly on a relative basis since you previously addressed it.
To learn more about setting the tolerance level for opportunities to re-present on changes in subsequent data loads or new part cost information, please see: Review Opportunities: Opportunity Reconciliation.
